Sink into the mineral-rich warmth of our magnesium-infused hot tub, experience the penetrating heat of Hobart’s only full-spectrum infrared sauna — with chromotherapy available — then awaken the body in our temperature-controlled ice bath.

Move between hot and cold at your own pace, breathe deeply and soak up some much-needed vitamin D when the Tasmanian sun makes an appearance.
