When life feels heavy, give your body and mind the space to slow down, regulate and restore.

Our much-loved Now & Zen package pairs Nova’s outdoor Therapeutic Bathhouse with your choice of massage for the ultimate whole-body reset.

Begin in Hobart’s only boutique outdoor Therapeutic Bathhouse, moving between full-spectrum infrared heat, our magnesium-infused hot tub and invigorating ice bath. Contrast therapy encourages circulation and recovery while helping your nervous system shift towards its rest, digest and restore state.

Then, already warm and relaxed surrender to your choice of Now & Zen Relaxation or Deep Tissue Massage, for 60, 90 or 120 minutes.

Heat. Cold. Touch. Restore. A powerful combination to release tension, quieten the mind and bring you back to feeling more like yourself.

Your Ritual Includes

• Therapeutic Bathhouse Session (communal 60–120min)

• Massage of your choice:  (60–120 min)
