Seasonal Full Body Rejuvenation Package
Therapeutic bathhouse | Organic Full Body Exfoliation| Massage
As the seasons shift, so too do the needs of your body and skin.

Designed as a deeply nurturing head-to-toe seasonal reset, this unique package supports circulation, recovery, nervous system regulation and whole-body skin renewal — helping your body adapt, restore and feel its best through every seasonal change.

And you won’t find another package like it in Hobart.

Your rejuvenation begins in Nova’s outdoor Therapeutic Bathhouse, where full-spectrum infrared heat, a magnesium-infused hot tub and invigorating cold ice bath encourage circulation, relaxation and nervous system downregulation. The combination of heat and water warms, softens and prepares the skin, creating the perfect foundation for an invigorating full-body scrub to sweep away dull, dead surface cells and buff the skin to a beautifully soft, smooth finish.

With freshly polished skin and your body already deeply warmed and relaxed, surrender to a nourishing full-body massage. It’s a purposeful progression — soften, exfoliate, nourish and restore — allowing each stage to prepare your skin and body for the next.
More than time out, it’s proactive recovery for skin, body and nervous system — designed to help you recalibrate, restore and step into the new season feeling renewed from the outside in.

Relax. Scrub. Buff. Glow. Your complete head-to-toe reset for every season.
