Home to Tasmania’s only outdoor, all-weather boutique therapeutic bathhouse, Nova transforms the colder months into an opportunity for renewal.  Surrounded by crisp air and open skies, you’ll move between our (70 degree) full-spectrum infrared sauna, (34 degree) six-person magnesium spa, and revitalising ice bath — experiencing powerful contrast therapy known to invigorate circulation, calm the nervous system, and support the body’s natural restorative processes.

Your experience begins in our outdoor therapeutic bathhouse with guided hot–cold contrast therapy. As you move between warmth and invigorating cold, circulation awakens, inflammation softens, and the body begins to reset. This powerful wellness protocol encourages clarity, resilience and renewed energy from deep within.

You’ll then transition into stillness with our signature Now & Zen Massage. Slow, intuitive and deeply restorative, skilled hands dissolve muscular tension while anchoring the physiological and emotional benefits of your thermal experience — leaving you grounded, relaxed and completely restored.
