Reflexology (also called Zone Therapy) is a complementary therapy in which the feet are strategically rubbed to promote wellness in other areas of the body. 
Based on an ancient Chinese practice, similar to acupuncture (without the needles) reflexology uses pressure points (chi-points) on the feet to treat issues throughout the body.
