Our intimate (max 4 people) 2hr Women's Circle at Nova Holistic Spa is a beautiful sanctuary where you can take a break from your busy mind and emotional overload and find some peace and solitude, make friends with like minded souls and heal through meditation. We offer a safe space for all women to learn, connect, be seen, be supported, and embrace their true power.

Led by our experienced facilitators, participants will be guided through a range of activities each month. Some things we do include:
  • A soothing mantra breath and mindfulness journey
  • The ancient art of meditation
  • Sound healing with crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes
  • Journaling
  • Essential oils
  • Embodied movement exercises
  • Connection, unity, community
  • Delicious Cacao and healthy high tea sharing platter​

Cacao ceremony (organic therapeutic tea is also an option)
Facilitated workshop - a different theme each month

What to bring
a yoga mat and cushion
water bottle
journal and pen, and anything else you feel will help you (crystals, talismans etc)
