ODIN ICE BATH

Since the dawn of time humans have taken advantage of the health giving benefits of plunging and immersing in ice cold water. Like a fountain of youth, ice baths promote wellbeing, weightless, recovery and stress relief. 

Best done in regular 15min increments (with care taken to dip in or a fews seconds at a time) over a series of days. Combine with heat in sauna for swifter, deeper healing (if recommended by your physician).

The sessions are fully clothed as the water in contained inside the bed.
