Nicole McIntyre

Co-owner & resident holistic counsellor

Nicole has managed day spas in the UK for many years and brings this expertise to Nova. She is also our resident holistic counsellor & music therapist. 

As a ​holistic counsellor Nicole works with individuals and couples. Her approach is not about diagnosing and “fixing broken”. Instead, she works alongside her clients who are experiencing a breaking down on some level, as the seeding of a “breakthrough”, where, unrecognised aspects of self are desperately seeking recognition, understanding, acceptance and integration.

She is always up for a chat & is a strong advocate for a healthy integration between mind, body & spirit to enable overall personal wellbeing.

Qualifications: BA Music; Masters Counselling
Special Interests: music, songwriting, singing, writing, history, ancestory, sociology.

Tina Hussey

massage therapist 

Tina is a body energy worker, Lomi Lomi massage therapist and a student of psychosomatics.

​Her passion is tuning the human system towards joy, love, fulfilment, and wellbeing. 

Tina is a passionate seeker trying to live life to its fullest, feel more, love harder, breath deeper, slow down, get out in nature, be present and let go of the mind to live from her body and enjoy the heck out of this wild ride called life!

Josephina Schwartz

MASSAGE THERAPIST

As a competitive gymnastics athlete for many years (representing her home country) Josephina knows first hand that massage therapy is an integral part of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and overall health.

Josefina's treatment style is fluid, grounding and calming and combines Swedish relaxation massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and gentle therapeutic stretching techniques.

Qualifications: Diploma Remedial massage
Special Interests: walking her rescue dog, boxing, Mai Thai and working out at the gym

Social Worker | Biophysics  Practitioner | Thera Wand Practitioner

Jennifer (Jen) Richards is a social worker specialising in holistic counselling. In this
regard, ‘holistic’ involves getting an understanding of ‘the problem’ in relation to the
persons approach to life and to the relationships had with the people and the world
around them.

 Jen has spent the last few years working for herself as a
counsellor, with the more recent addition to her tool belt being 2 frequency devices; the
Physiospect and the iTeraCare Wand.

These more recent additions have been a very
exciting and welcome addition to the health and wellbeing of her clients.

Patrizia Bini

MASSAGE THERAPIST | REIKI PRACTITIONER | THERA HEALER

Patrizia has a wide range of expertise and experience with healing modalities.

​Starting her career as a Naturopath in Italy 20 years ago she has continued on her life long quest to discover the healing arts and now is a an experienced practitioner of energetic, esoteric and body work disciplines.  

Her greatest passion is being able to fulfill her own greatest potential and she's honoured to enable you to attain yours as well!

Qualifications:
Dip Naturopathy; Dip remedial Massage & holistic massage; certified Theta healer; certified Reiki instructor and practitioner.
