This is perfect for those who just need to check in with any matter of the heart/mind and perhaps start the conversation around any feelings of holding back. The choice is yours. Our resident holistic counsellor, and Nova Holistic Spa owner, Nicole, will guide you through whatever it is you’d like to direct your energy and use a wide variety of tools to help clear out any cobwebs.

Then for 1 hour sweat out any toxins and soak away any tension in our private little zen garden oasis; complete with a magnesium hot tub, full spectrum infrared sauna, cold copper shower and ice bath. It's the only of its kind in Hobart. You will feel so rejuvenated after this session as the thermal contrast therapy detoxes your cells, activates your body’s lymphatic, nervous and circulatory systems.

Top it all off with a deeply relaxing 1hr 'Now and Zen' massage to flush out the toxins that have been brought to the surface. You will be pleasantly surprised with our massages as we offer something different to the normal massage practice.
