WhAT IS THE MHBOT?
The mHBOT is designed, engineered, and manufactured to provide a superior client experience, based on the science that shows how pressurised oxygen can benefit health and wellbeing.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The AirPod increases oxygen flow to cells in a pressurised environment.  In the AirPod (up to 1.30 ATA), oxygen is dissolved and carried in the blood plasma, not just the red blood cells.

A point of difference is that there is an added hydrogen element to the chamber. The addition of hydrogen to hyperbaric oxygen therapy results in an increase in the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties of oxygen therapy as hydrogen alleviates oxidative stress, benefiting every organ in the body.
​WHAT TO EXPECT IN A SESSION
As opposed to a traditional hyperbaric chamber (used to treat the bends), only mild pressure (1.30 ATA) is applied into the chamber which is much more pleasant for a wider range of users.

Once you’ve settled into the AirPod within five minutes the AirPod will reach maximum pressure, during which time you should clear your ears as if you were flying. The steady flow of compressed, filtered air keeps the AirPod comfortable, giving you a relaxing meditative experience. 

Recline and read that book you’ve been wanting to get to, listen to music/your favourite podcasts, or fall into a deep sleep while you enjoy a full hour of hydroxy treatment within your own private space. After 60 minutes of treatment, you can carry on with your day as planned.

AirPods provide dual communication between the operator and user. Our trained wellness concierge staff will assist you throughout your session and answer any questions you may have. 

The recommended session length is 50 minutes. We allow an extra 10 minutes for the phase in which pressure increases and decreases.
HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED TO SEE RESULTS? ​
​​There are cumulative benefits to the AirPod, and the number of sessions you should complete depends on your personal goals. It is recommended that you complete at least 5 sessions within 7 to 10 days. You’ll feel so good after this, you’ll want to come back for top ups that’s for sure.

​IS IT SAFE?
​Yes, the Airpod is a very safe, drug-free natural therapy mild hyperbaric chamber that can be used regularly without causing any oxygen toxicity. No dangerous side effects have been reported with the HBOT Airpod. However, some individuals can experience a few minor contraindications such as slight fatigue as the body detoxifies (this is safe and necessary). A person can also experience a mild discomfort to the ears when the AirPod is pressurising; similar to the experience of ascending or descending in an aircraft.

Although, we do request that anyone with any chronic health issues, ear problems, or a recent head cold or fever, to seek medical advice before booking.

​It is not suitable for pregnant women or children under 12.
​DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING WITH ME?
​No, just bring yourself in comfortable clothing. Although, you might like to bring your favourite book. This is your chill out time. Maybe even catch up on some zzzz’s.
​CAN IT HELP ME TO LOOK YOUNGER?
​Oxygen supports and even accelerates the healing process of the body. A lot of benefits can come from this, such as firmer tissues, better sleep patterns, and even a better body in general. These factors can promote faster cell regeneration, anti-aging, and a younger appearance.
