Regular use of thermal therapy treatments will help to reduce pain and inflammation, help with post exercise recovery, improve immunity, improve your mood and mental health, increase clarity and focus, boost metabolism and help with weight loss. Whether you’re a local, or visiting Hobart, our Thermal Therapy Oasis is the perfect place to relax from a busy schedule or unwind and recover from exploring what Hobart/Tasmania has to offer.  

Our Thermal Therapy Urban Oasis has the most advanced wellness facilities available, all of which are designed to use deep level heat exposure and extreme cold temperatures to enhance and fire up your body's nervous, lymphatic and metabolic systems. Enjoy our full spectrum far infrared sauna, ice immersion tub and our revitalising  magnesium & vital minerals hot tub. 

Our Thermal Therapy Urban Oasis ‘All3’ experience, involves a max of 6 people mindfully sharing at least 30 mins each, in each of our Oasis facilities *see details below) and depending on the time allocated to your booking you could have longer. 

Or, if you’re in need of a quick target specific session you can book one of our facilities exclusively for your own use, for a nominated time, during selected booking periods. 
Our friendly wellness concierges will help you choose the treatment just right for you and ensure that your time in the Oasis is used effectively.

2hrs - $120pp (includes towel hire, choice of organic wellness tea, water)

*It is recommended that first time users of an ice bath immersion do so in 3-5 sec increments over 15 mins, with time in between to recalibrate. Our friendly wellness coaches can help you with this. No-one should spend more than 20 secs at a time in the ice bath, unless they’ve participated in our polar plunger package see here for details.
